 near the rear wheel is a mudguard that i made on break at work....stops the rear shock getting caked. The front is the number board - kinda got my idea from Trial bikes that i also ride.

 There not 05, there 2004 if not abit older.

I bought some brand new in 05 and they were nothing like that.
